The safety of our customers is our top priority. That’s why we have recently contacted our customers that purchased the “Cozee Home Luxury Faux Fur Heated Throws” (item number 815576/809971/811993/817840) informing you of a risk affecting this product.
Please stop using the Heated Throw immediately, unplug the control unit from the heated throw and the mains power, and put the control unit aside.
We have sent a letter to all affected customers which will be arriving no later than Sunday 27th February, which includes all the details on how to return the control unit for a full refund, including P&P
The control unit needs to be returned in the enclosed bag included with the letter. The throw itself does not need to be returned.
A full refund will be issued within 14 days of the control unit being received back. Please follow the instructions in your letter to return your control unit.
QVC credits and voucher codes can be redeemed against any regular in-stock item. A voucher code can be used at checkout online, using our app or by calling our Contact Centre.
QVC credits can only be used by calling us directly to place your order.

Voucher code & QVC credits combined exclusions:
- A money-off voucher code or QVC credits cannot be redeemed on orders containing Easy Pay, Waitlist, Advanced Order, Buy More Save More, or any Auto Delivery items.
- A voucher code or QVC credits will not be reinstated if a customer returns an item.
- A voucher code or QVC credits cannot be shared, transferred, or used in conjunction with any other offer.
- All orders with a voucher code or QVC credits applied are subject to acceptance by QVC UK.

- All voucher codes will have unique terms and conditions that will apply to any purchase.
- Voucher codes cannot be redeemed on Q-Cut or in QVC Outlet or staff stores.
- QVC employees are not eligible for voucher codes.

Yes, as long as you return the control unit and complete the returns slip you will receive a full refund and a voucher code.

Please place all of the control units in the packaging provided in the letter and follow the instructions on the enclosed ‘Return Notification’. You will receive a refund for each one that you return.
Unfortunately not, the voucher code will be provided as a single gesture for the inconvenience for each customer impacted.
Upon receipt of your return, we will process your refund according to your choice and notify you. You will be informed of your voucher code within this notification. We aim to provide your voucher code within 14 days of receiving the control unit back from you.
